At Top Down Control, we’re committed to delivering top-quality streetwear that matches your style. We want you to be stoked with your purchase, but if something’s not right, we’ve got a fair return and refund process to sort you out. This policy ensures your satisfaction while protecting us from misuse.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, email us at team@topdownctrl.com with your order number.
- If cancelled within 24 hours, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
- After 24 hours, we can’t guarantee cancellation as your order may already be in processing.
Returns and Refunds
- Return Window: We offer a 30-day return period from the delivery date for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags and original packaging intact.
- We don’t accept returns for items that have been used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or improper care.

Return Process:
- Email us at team@topdownctrl.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- All returns must be pre-approved by our team. We’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions.
- Include your order number and name in the return package for faster processing.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect your return (within 7 business days), we’ll confirm if it meets our return criteria.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and may take up to 10 additional business days to show in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Refunds are issued in AUD to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for any fees related to currency conversion or exchange rates.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:
- We reserve the right to knock back returns for items that don’t meet our criteria (e.g., used, damaged, or returned after 30 days).
- If a non-eligible item is returned without approval, we may refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price to cover handling costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Definition: An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken. Minor packaging damage (e.g., dented boxes) with an intact product doesn’t qualify.

Reporting:
- Let us know within 48 hours of delivery at team@topdownctrl.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damage or incorrect item.
- We’ll assess eligibility and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
- Exclusions: We don’t offer refunds or replacements for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Product Concerns
- We take product safety seriously and encourage responsible use. Follow all care instructions provided with your purchase and on our website.
- If you experience discomfort or issues while using our products, stop use straight away and contact us at team@topdownctrl.com We’ll help sort out any concerns.
- We’re not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper use, and any refunds or replacements in such cases are at our discretion.
Shipping and Delivery
- We aim to deliver your order quickly but aren’t responsible for delays beyond our control, such as those caused by couriers, customs, or external factors.
- For delivery issues, contact the courier directly. We’re not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our possession.
